Nate Diaz has been making the rounds on the late-night talk show circuit lately.
You can file that away under “MMA Things I Never Thought I’d Read” for $400, Alex.
But he has. Ahead of his UFC 202 main-event rematch with Conor McGregor (19-3 MMA, 7-1 UFC), Diaz (19-10 MMA, 14-8 UFC), who used to be much more standoffish with the whole promoting fights thing, recently visited “Conan” with Conan O’Brien – where he was rather unceremoniously punked by McGregor via video.
Although he wasn’t pleased with the sneak attack on “Conan,” Diaz went to the well once more, heading to “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on ABC. There, Diaz got a chance to surprise a few fans who think McGregor is going to beat him in their rematch after Diaz choked the Irishman out at UFC 196 in March.
Check out the video above to see Diaz sneak up on McGregor’s supporters on the street. Then don’t miss UFC 202, which takes place Aug. 20 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas with a main card on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.
